User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Subscription Plans and Payments

Free Plan

New users receive 1 free generation to test the Service. The free plan includes all features but is limited to one book generation.

Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans provide additional generations per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing date
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact support@bookseoai.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are not available for the free plan or after 30 days.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI algorithms
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all rights to the book information you provide and the generated content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your input data solely to generate your requested content.

Generated Content

You own the generated content and may use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. However, we cannot guarantee that generated content is unique or free from third-party rights.

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and branding, is owned by BookSEO AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content Disclaimer

Our AI generates content based on patterns and data, but we make no guarantees about:

• Performance: No guarantee of sales, rankings, or results

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
